WHEN PLACING AN ORDER YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING. PLEASE READ THROUGHLY:
-All sales are final so please make sure your order is correct before submitting it.
-Please allow 5 BUSINESS DAYS for processing.
-Each bundle of hair is sold separately. If you ordered 1 quantity, you will receive 1 bundle of hair. A full install typically requires 3-5 bundles of hair.
-Clip Ins take an additional 5 business days to process to ensure quality. Clip-ins are made to order.
-Wigs take an additional 2 business days for processing.
-Once your order ships, you will receive your order in 3 business days via FedEx Express (US) or 4-6 business days via DHL Express (International). Signature is required. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

-Refusing a package before or after it ships will result in you forfeiting your order. It will be your responsibility to pay for additional shipping charges if refused. If arrangements aren't made within 5 days, your package will go unclaimed. You will not be issued a refund.
