Yes we ship internationally! Shipping is a flat rate of $25 which is DHL Express Shipping so you will not wait 10-15 days to receive your order like you do with other companies. When will I receive my order?
Please allow 10 business days for processing time before you receive your tracking number for orders placed during our huge sale Nov. 23-Dec 31st. Once your order ships, you will receive your order in 2 business days via FedEx Express (US) or 3-4 business days via DHL Express (International). If you place your order on a weekend or holiday your processing time starts the next business day. Clip Ins and Luxe Bundles take additional time to prepare to ensure quality. WE ARE NOT ABLE TO SHIP TO PO BOXES. If it has been longer than 10 business days since you placed a REGULAR order, 14 business days since you placed a CLIP INS or WIG order and you have not received your tracking number please email email@example.com with your name and order number. IF YOU PLACED AN ORDER USING LAYBUY your processing time does not start until we receive your last payment (more details below). If you received a confirmation email, please do not worry. We have received your order and are working our hardest to deliver your order as soon as possible!
Why is shipping so high?
Here at Princess Hair Plug we want to cut out the middle man in order to offer the lowest possible prices for virgin hair. In order to do that your order will ship from our factory, which is abroad. That means it does not ship from the US. That in turn makes the shipping prices higher. To make this charge as low as possible for our customers, we charge you $20 for US shipping and we absorb the additional $5 shipping cost.
How do I choose layaway to place an order?
It's simple! Just add items to your cart and hit the pink "Check Out" button at the bottom of the page. Continue to shipping method and finally payment method. That's where you'll choose the "LayBuy" option. You'll only have to pay 50% of your order NOW and 50% in 30 days. Your processing time begins once your order is paid for in full (see above for more info on processing and shipping time).
What is the difference between Pro Bundles and Luxe Bundles?
At Princess Hair Plug we offer two different grades of hair to cater to different budgets. Our Pro Bundles are a great choice if you’re looking for entry level bundles. They contain Grade 7A virgin hair and are single drawn. This means the bundle will be fuller towards the top than at the bottom. As with all single drawn bundles, we recommend sealing your wefts. This reduces shedding, which you will experience with single drawn wefts because the hair is not as secure as double drawn. However, Tyme The Infamous uses Pro Bundles to make all of her wigs. Our Luxe Bundles are a great choice if you’re looking for top of the line virgin hair for you or a client. They contain Grade 9A virgin hair and are double drawn. This means the bundle will have the same fullness from top to bottom and will last much longer. You will experience little to no shedding or tangling.
Can I process this hair?
Yes! All hair from Princess Hair Plug is 100% virgin hair. Grade 8A (Pro Bundles) or 9A (Luxe Bundles). Each weft is 100 grams. Our human hair can be washed, processed, bleached, colored, and curled or flat ironed. Please process hair at your own risk. If you desire to process your hair we recommend having it done by a professional with professional salon quality products. Once hair is processed, it is no longer considered virgin hair and therefore dramatically lessens the life of the hair. Our Natural Black hair will naturally keep its luster and bounce longer than our 613 Blonde hair just like any other company. See our "Hair Care" page for more info on caring for your virgin hair.
How many bundles do I need for an install?
If you're using a CLOSURE for your install we recommend the following amount of bundles:
Installs 12"-18" = 2.5 bundles
Installs 20"-24" = 3 bundles
Installs 26"-28" = 4 bundles
Installs 30" = 5 bundles
If you're using a FRONTAL for your install you'll need the following amount of bundles:
Installs 12"-18" = 2 bundles
Installs 20"-24" = 3 bundles
Installs 26"-28" = 3.5 bundles
Installs 30" = 4 bundles
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! Our factory has 15 years of experience and can accommodate orders of any size. Princess Hair Plug handles wholesale orders completely different than other companies. It doesn’t matter how much or how little you order. Orders of 15 items or more are considered wholesale. We developed this formula to help small stylists get started without having to make a huge investment up front. The upside of opening a wholesale account with us is that we sale our hair under market value because unlike other companies, we cut out the middle man. So, you can mark up our price to MSRP and make an additional profit on top of your wholesale discount. I made an error while ordering. Can this be fixed?
Yes, we can update your order if you made a mistake IF you email us within 1 hour after placing your order. This is not a guarantee until we confirm your changes with you. Please keep in mind all sales are final so we will not be able to refund any of your items (unless you placed a duplicate order).
I changed my mind, how can I receive a refund for my order?
We’re sorry, at this time we do not accept any exchanges or refunds. In each product description we state that all sales are final so that you’re aware of our policy. Refusing a package you have ordered and paid for will result in forfeiting your order. It will be your responsibility to pay for additional shipping charges. If arrangements are not made within 7 days, your package will go unclaimed. You will not be issued a refund. We are working hard on having more options available for you in the future. If you received the wrong item or if there was a packing mistake done on our part we are more than happy to fix your order.
